What do the different WOR memberships include?

WOR MEMBER PORTAL

Here you can reserve spaces to work, download your invoice, report any detail, communicate with our community of professionals, entrepreneurs and businessmen through "The Wall" and find out about events and everything that is happening in WOR.

FAST AND RELIABLE INTERNET

Your offices already have wired (Ethernet) connections (Varies per office), as well as shared Wifi access with password per user. Before signing up, ask about the number of Ethernet connections for each office. Private IP addresses and dedicated internet are available at an additional cost. Do you have special requirements? We have support to help you solve your problems or design the best solution.

BOARD ROOMS

All memberships include meeting room hours (Depends on the contracted membership and office size). Reservations can be made online or from anywhere through our WOR member portal.

PRINTING/COPYING/SCANNING

Each WOR Work Center has at least one multifunctional printer, copier and scanner. These are available at an additional cost. If you have a Private Office membership you can bring your own printer to your space.

AMENITIES AND EXTRAS

Terraces, kitchenettes with bar and snacks, Phonebooths and even foosball tables are some of the amenities you will find in WOR spaces.

Do all memberships start on the 1st of each month?

You can start as soon as possible, Memberships start from the day you sign up and are billed monthly.

What is the duration of the memberships?

What is your schedule?

WOR staff is available Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Members with a Desk and/or Private Office membership will have access to their primary location via their 24/7 access card.

Can I visit the facilities or do I have to make an appointment for a tour?

What is the average office in WOR?

We have offices ranging from 7m2 for 1 or 2 people to 1,000m2 offices for large teams.

Can I add mail and package management to my membership?

All memberships offer mail and package management, but only in selected locations. You can also send from WOR to all the republic courier and parcels, ask for the costs in Frontdesk.

Is it possible to have multiple companies at one address?

Only that of your contracted membership.

Is it possible to have multiple business addresses in one membership?

No, it is impossible for us to support multiple business addresses for a single account.

How do boardroom hours work?

All WOR memberships include monthly meeting room hours. After using your allocated monthly meeting room credits, you may make additional reservations at a cost of $350 per hour. Credits are not cumulative from month to month. Ask about additional hour packages.

How do I reserve a meeting room?

You can book a conference room on the WOR member portal. You will be able to select the available rooms, size and duration.

We have a regulation that must be complied with for the comfort of the whole community.

What are my payment options?

Is an advance payment required to reserve an office?

Yes, we require 1 month security deposit and 1 month rent in advance.

Are there any late payment charges?

We charge 5% of the outstanding balance for late payments (payments not received by the 10th of each month).

How do I check my invoice?

You can view your monthly invoices online at any time. Just select the "Invoices" tab

Please note that in the case of Private Offices, only the managing member has access to the Account Manager and can view invoices.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your Membership through the Community Manager. Please note that cancellations take effect on the last day of the current month and there will be no pro-rated refunds. Also remember the penalties.
