We know things have been complicated; health and safety is an issue we take very seriously and our teams are working to prioritize these issues. Here's the latest on what's happening in our workspaces. Our offices are open and we are operating with the essential work equipment to ensure a comfortable stay in the office.

Totally flexible

We are determined to make it more flexible than ever.

- Contracts from 1 hour: We have offices and meeting rooms that you can rent from one hour, agenda per hour and day when you need to work from our facilities.

- Do you and your team want to access different locations? We have different memberships which include access to all our work centers. Locate your nearest WOR and work comfortably and safely from there.

- Free cancellations: Did you make a reservation and you are not going to attend? Don't worry, delete your reservation in the system, it is configured for free cancellations.

- Membership for all: Your team is large and you want to adapt a hybrid work scheme? Don't worry, we have membership by seats for N amount of users. For example, 5 seat office for 20 people who can book their stay per hour or day and not fill the office and best of all you only pay for 5 seats.

Keeping it clean

Cleanliness has always been a top priority and we are committed to keeping it impeccable.

- You'll see us more often in high traffic areas, cleaning and sanitizing those pesky high-touch items that need a little love. Think front desk, toilets, door handles, counters, tables, elevator buttons, everything will attract our attention.

- Hand sanitizer shall be visible and available throughout the workplace.

Cozy offices

More comfortable than ever.

- We have always thoroughly cleaned the offices and will continue to do so now with more awareness and attention to detail.

- We will pay special attention to all items of common use: clean desks, light switches, air conditioning controls and door handles until they are completely clean.

- Need more cleaning? Cleaning service will be available upon request.

Distant dining room

Lunchtime has never been more comfortable and safe.

- We are making some changes to the way we set the tables and arrange the seating.

- We will adhere to the recommendations of physical distancing, giving you a space to enjoy your meal.

- We expanded our dining room to open areas, enjoy our terraces!

Meetings and events

Let's work together safely.

- We have changed the design of our spaces to ensure that everyone has enough room to be safe.

- Cleanliness is our priority in all areas, so you will see us more often.

- We have moved away from family-style sharing of food and beverages.

- We have signs throughout the center to work with to make sure everyone knows the rules.

Good neighbor guide

We are in this together, let's be good to each other.

- Let's see those masks in style! Remember to wear masks where appropriate and required by local governments.

- Hand sanitizer will be available at check-in, so make the most of it!

- We are redesigning our spaces to respect social distancing rules and may ask you to limit the number of people in an elevator or lobby.

- Be aware of others: signage will remind you where to sit and stand.

- If you are not feeling well and show symptoms of COVID-19, isolate yourself. We will contact the appropriate health authorities to get you the care you need.

Continuous Training

Taking care of our people, so they can take care of you.

- We are having weekly meetings with our operational team to sensitize and train them to provide a better and safe service.

- We have provided guidance and training on COVID_19 to our teams. Everyone is expected to follow the rules.

- Our team knows how to proceed if they or someone they live with has any symptoms of COVID-19.
