Projects of 50m2, 100m2, 500m2 up to 1,000m2 are already part of our customization inventory. Local and global companies are part of our experience. Meeting rooms, private rooms, collaborative areas, televisions to measure results within everyone's reach, private dining rooms for 50 people, play areas, lactation rooms, nap roms, etc. are part of the areas and amenities that our architects have designed and built always hand in hand with the client and with our advice to make m2 and budgets more efficient without letting the client lose focus of their primary activity, which is their business.

The popularity of flex space continues to grow. Not only stop thinking about real estate management, architectural design, budgeting and costing, construction, site supervision, etc. are part of this phenomenon.
